Job Purpose:

Digital marketing Coordinator will work with the marketing team, supporting teams to launch campaigns on time and on budget

Responsibilities: 

  • Aid to designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.

  • Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.

  • Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights

  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

  • Collaborates with team members & provides guidance to the design and implementation of marketing campaigns to enhance the overall online presence of the company’s website

  • Analyze online statistics while identifying opportunities to optimize performance and report insights to Marketing Director

Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
      • Must be willing to take on big challenges with significant growth potential.
      • Web presence strategy, digital media, social advertising, search engine marketing (SEO/SEM), mobile media and applications, customer relationship management (CRM), customer segmentation, closed-loop marketing (CLM), event/experience marketing, digital analytics, online/offline integration, primary and secondary market research, new product launch
      • Deep understanding of how data (including user-level data and partially identifiable data) must be captured, stored, and flowed through systems to enable multi-channel, data-driven marketing.
      • Proven social media content and networking expertise
      • Expert knowledge of user experience (and customer experience) best practices.
      • Practical experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, WebTrends
      • Bilingual English and Spanish is a Must Have
      • Portuguese is preferable but not required

This is a full-time position. Candidates must live in Miami Dade or Fort Lauderdale area.

Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.
