Aneiko Smith, MBA PM is a Sr. Delivery Manager at Aditi Consulting with experience in leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget. A graduate of Capella University with an MBA in Project Management, Aneiko has a background in overseeing strategic planning, team leadership, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Prior to Aditi Consulting, Aneiko worked at TEKsystems, Ally, and Wells Fargo where skills in Agile methodologies, program scheduling, resource planning, and team management were honed.
