Our Sales / Business Development Department is your gateway to an exciting global growth journey at Adjust! We specialize in turning the Adjust platform into recurring revenue streams while forging and nurturing critical partnerships that are the cornerstone of our success. We're also the driving force behind seamless technical integrations and ambitious commercial goals. Be part of a dynamic team that transforms potential into profitability!

Make an Impact/ The role:

As an SDR, you will join a team of 4 members and work closely with several teams such as Marketing and Sales. You will contribute to lead generation through strategic outbound efforts in your region. This way you will have a direct impact on our Sales pipeline and contribute to our revenue growth.

Empower Your Potential/ Responsibilities:  

  • Generate new leads based on exciting new prospecting techniques with a focus on mutual business fit 
  • Conduct research and take part in consultative discussions with Prospects
  • Take full ownership of matching our product offering with client needs 
  • Create Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) working closely together with the inbound marketing team and sales teams

Bring Your Knowledge/ Experience & Qualifications: 

  • Experience in Sales Development or Business Development
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese 
  • Capabilities to prioritize tasks
  • Experience in the mobile ad tech industry would be a plus
