Karen Martin

Karen Martin is an experienced User Experience Researcher with a strong background in user-centered design and research methodologies. Currently employed at Adjust since November 2019, Karen previously held roles as a User Researcher with Government Digital Services and Visionist Ltd, where essential user needs were identified for technology systems and document management systems, respectively. As a co-founder of Makerhood, a social enterprise promoting creativity in South London, Karen demonstrated expertise in strategy and partnerships. Academic credentials include an Engineering Doctorate and an MSc from UCL, complemented by a BA(Hons) in Interactive Arts from the University of South Wales. Throughout a diverse career, Karen has contributed to various projects across public and private sectors, employing a range of qualitative research methods to enhance user experiences and inform design processes.
