Daniel Heckel

Daniel Heckel is the Head of Central Europe at Adnavem. Daniel has held this position since April 2021.

Previously, Heckel was the Senior Group Manager Linehaul Germany at DPD GeoPost (Deutschland) GmbH from May 2016 to April 2021. In this role, they were responsible for managing the company's linehaul operations in Germany.

Before that, Heckel was the European Distribution Center & Group Inventory Manager at Gunnebo Logistics GmbH from June 2011 to August 2015. In this role, they were responsible for managing the company's distribution center in Salzgitter and its inventory. Daniel also served as the company's Geschäftsführer from May 2012 onwards.

Prior to that, Heckel was the Operational Engineering Manager at GLS France from September 2007 to July 2009. In this role, they were responsible for logistical planning of locations, processes and transportation.

From August 2009 to May 2011, Heckel served as the District Operations Manager at GLS Germany. In this role, they oversaw the company's operations in a specific district.

Heckel began their career at GLS Germany in January 2004 as the Qualitätsbeauftragter / Projektmanager. In this role, they were responsible for quality control and project management.

Daniel Heckel has a degree in business administration from the Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg.
