Craig Stevens

Craig Stevens is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and legal affairs. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Adobe Systems since November 2009, Stevens leads the Adobe Experience Cloud legal team, overseeing complex deal structuring and negotiations with major corporations such as Microsoft, Amazon, and Google. Prior to Adobe, Stevens was Associate General Counsel at Omniture, Inc., where contributions included facilitating the company's IPO and supporting its acquisition by Adobe. Earlier career experience includes serving as Group Director of Legal Affairs at Siebel Systems, where Stevens managed a growing legal team and addressed global employment law during significant organizational changes, and as an Associate at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, focusing on venture capital, IPOs, and M&A. Stevens holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School, graduating magna cum laude.
