Gale Dembecki

Gale Dembecki, CPCC, ICF-ACC, has extensive experience in marketing and program management, particularly in the technology sector. Currently serving as Sr Enablement Lead for APAC at Adobe since May 2014, Gale has also held the role of Program Manager for Piracy Conversion in ANZ & SEA. Previous positions include Freelance Marketing Consultant at Quindem Pty Ltd and a series of roles at Microsoft, including Partner Readiness and Training Manager/Consultant, as well as various marketing consultancy roles. Gale began the professional journey at Ashton-Tate and Borland International, where key responsibilities included product marketing and communications management. Gale holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
