Israel Derdik

Israel Derdik is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in engineering and product development. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Adobe since September 2014, Israel specializes in the Container as a Service Platform utilizing Kubernetes. Prior to Adobe, Israel co-founded Aviary, Inc. and held the position of CTO, overseeing the technological aspects of the company's creative tools before its acquisition by Adobe. Israel has also served as CTO at NetSet, where the focus was on developing an ecommerce platform, and held the role of Senior Developer at White & Case. Earlier in the career, Israel worked as a Developer at Incremax Technologies. Education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Science from The City University of New York.
