Beatriz Guirao Romero

Beatriz Guirao Romero has served in various leadership roles at ADP since January 2014, currently holding the position of Senior Director, Transformation and Business Excellence. In this capacity, responsibilities include overseeing Client Loyalty, Service Delivery Systems, and Continuous Improvement, among other areas. Prior to ADP, Beatriz worked as a Senior Consultant at Odgers Berndtson from March 2011 to December 2013, focusing on Strategy and Operations Consulting, and as an Inhouse Strategy & Operations Consultant at Grup Barcelonesa SA between October 2009 and February 2011. Beatriz holds a Lic & MBA in Administration and Business Management from Esade and a Master of Business Administration from Università Bocconi.
