Ivanina Mincheva

Ivanina Mincheva is a seasoned professional in client services and contact center transformation with extensive experience in the financial and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Client Services at ADP since October 2023, Ivanina previously held key positions at IBM Client Innovation Center Quebec, including Practice Leader roles focused on Customer Service Transformation and Contact Center Transformation. Ivanina's background at HSBC spanned nearly a decade, where responsibilities included oversight of global quality assurance for contact centers, driving speech analytics and conversational AI initiatives, and leading departments responsible for sales strategy and quality management. Ivanina holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from Concordia University and a DEC in Commerce from Vanier College.
