Kyle Gross

Kyle Gross is a Continuous Improvement Director at ADP with over 15 years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, and change management. Previously, as a Transformation & Operational Excellence Manager at Capital Group, Kyle built and led a large-scale finance transformation initiative, achieving significant organizational results. Kyle has also held various key roles at Capital Group, including Continuous Improvement Lead and Senior Business Information Analyst. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management, and is pursuing a Master Black Belt certification, with completion anticipated by July.
