Sara Holquist

Sara Holquist is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion leader with a strong background in client management, project leadership, and talent development. Previously, they held various roles at ADP, including Director of Program Management and Implementation Team Lead, where they focused on large-scale projects and HCM organizational readiness. Sara has also worked as an Editor for Thomson Reuters, contributing to payroll products. Currently, they serve as the Director of Diversity & CSR at ADP, where they continue to foster meaningful change in the workplace.
