Ffrancon Williams

Ffrancon Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, business development, and strategic advisory roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Non Executive Director and Business Development Manager at Caulmert Ltd, Ffrancon has also taken on the role of Awards Judge for the IoD Wales Director of the Year Awards 2024. With a significant tenure as Group Chief Executive of Adra, managing approximately 7000 homes, Ffrancon has demonstrated strong capabilities in organizational growth and operational management. Previous roles include strategic positions at Wool Insulation Wales Ltd, Cyngor Gwynedd, and Amey Rail, alongside foundational engineering positions at British Standards Institution and Optical Fibres. Ffrancon holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Sheffield and has completed various leadership and management training programs.
