Andy Dykstra

Andy Dykstra is an experienced professional with a diverse background in brand experience, marketing, and executive leadership. Andy currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Adrenaline Agency, a brand experience company that focuses on driving growth and designing people-first experiences for businesses. Prior to their current role, they held the position of President at Priority, Inc. from 2015 to 2022 and Executive Vice President from 2011 to 2015. Before that, they served as the Principal at Burdette Ketchum from 2009 to 2011 and as Vice President and Director of Client Services at Jacobson Rost from 2000 to 2009. Andy began their career as an Account Supervisor at Lou Beres and Associates from 1994 to 2000, an Account Executive at Windy City Sports Magazine from 1993 to 1994, and gained experience in community relations at the Indiana Pacers in 1992. With their extensive background in various industries and leadership roles, Dykstra brings valuable expertise and strategic vision to their current position.

Andy Dykstra attended Princeton Day School from 1981 to 1989. Andy then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications at The College of Wooster from 1989 to 1993.
