Jenna Chiaradio

Jenna Chiaradio has over five years of experience in client success and related fields. In 2022, they started as Manager of Client Success at Adriel, an all-in-one platform for digital marketing campaigns. In 2021, they moved to Campaign Stars as a Client Success Manager. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Firegang Dental Marketing, where they held three positions: Manager of Client Success and Strategy, Product Development and Growth Manager, and Client Success Manager. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Customer & Sales Manager at Connecticut Parachutists, Inc., where they managed customer inquiries and reservations, developed key relationships with local organizations, and planned annual events.

Jenna Chiaradio attended the University of Connecticut from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Theirtory, Sociology, Asian American Studies, and Latino Studies.
