Ritesh Khaire has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2007 with a role as a Senior Customer Care Officer for AT&T at Convergys. In this role, they provided telephonic support for AT&T telecom clients in the USA, handled billing disputes, and up-sold additional products and services. In 2010, they moved to Mphasis as an L1 Analyst for General Motors, providing first-level assistance to the Engineers with any issues related to system, application and products. In 2012, they worked as a Desktop Engineer at Allied Guard Force Security Services Pvt Ltd, troubleshooting and resolving issues with Windows computers and servers, as well as providing semi-tech support for internet issues. In 2015, they became a Strategic Account Manager at eClinicalWorks, communicating with assigned clients to assess their comfort level with the EHR, understand their business operations, and help them reach their goals. Finally, in 2018, they joined Adroit Infosystems as Director of Business Development, developing growth strategies and plans, managing and retaining relationships with existing clients, increasing client base, writing business proposals, negotiating with stakeholders, researching business opportunities, and more.
Ritesh Khaire obtained their B.com from Delhi University in 2006, majoring in commerce. In 2012, they completed their ITIL V3 from EXIN in IT Management. Additionally, they hold an ITIL Foundation Level certification from EXIN.
