Abhishek Sen

Abhishek Sen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades in various companies. Abhishek is currently working as the Senior Director of IT Strategy and Strategic Portfolio Management at Adtalem Global Education since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at CommonSpirit Health as the Director of Transformation and Portfolio Office from 2021 to 2023, where they introduced portfolio management concepts, recruited and managed a team of portfolio managers, and implemented Agile and Product transformation.

From 2019 to 2021, Abhishek worked at Ascension as the Director of Platform Strategy and Technology Lifecycle Management, where they developed frameworks to manage a portfolio of strategic technology programs and implemented practices for technology lifecycle management.

Before that, from 2010 to 2019, Abhishek held multiple roles at Accenture including Director of PMO Transformation and Risk Analytics, Director of Brokerage Transformation, and Director of Mortgage Transformation. In these roles, they implemented program management and governance processes, led large-scale complex transformations, and worked on mortgage origination, processing, servicing, and unsecured lending.

Abhishek also gained experience at Barclays Bank as the Product Development Lead for Retail Credit Origination from 2008 to 2010, Quinnox as a Senior Architect for Product Development in eCommerce in 2003, Syntel as an Architect and Lead Developer for Insurance CRM in 2003, and Patni Computer Systems Ltd as a Senior Analyst and Developer for product and solutions development and process improvement from 2001 to 2003.

Abhishek Sen completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Karnatak University from 1996 to 2000. Abhishek also holds a certification in SAFe from Scaled Agile, Inc. However, the month and year of obtaining the certification are not provided.
