Cecilia Lopez

Cecilia Lopez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2012, they interned at CNN. Cecilia then worked as a Communication Intern at DC Health Benefit Exchange, where they organized events, managed social media platforms, conducted media analysis, and drafted press releases. In 2013, they also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Virginia Tech. Later on, they joined mdg as an Account Coordinator and later became an Account Manager. At AdvaMed, Cecilia held multiple roles, including Manager and Director of Marketing for Conferences & Events. Currently, they serve as the Senior Marketing Director at Taffy Event Strategies.

Cecilia Lopez pursued their education at Virginia Tech, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication from 2009 to 2012. Following this, they continued their studies and completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Communication at the same institution from 2012 to 2014.
