Shawn Ball

Shawn has spent over 18 years in the environmental industry, with experience in operations management and sales leadership. He also has extensive experience with business development and creating successful, high-functioning teams. Shawn is able to build strategic solutions that help clients achieve their sustainability and compliance goals.

As Western Regional Director for Stericycle, Shawn reported to the VP of their M&I business. He was primary lead on all business-related functions, including profitability of the overall P&L. He managed six service lines that equated to roughly $100M in annual revenue. Shawn also was the key developer of the Recycle and Reuse Sustainability program at Ashland Inc. and held the position of Product Director for their national and international business, founding some of the first reuse programs created in California and across the United States.

Shawn has a M.S. in Business Administration and Management from Pepperdine University, with a M.C. from Oxford in International Business. He lives in Laguna, Orange County with his wife Jaime and daughter Hayden.
