Duangjai Khruangchai

Duangjai Khruangchai has a diverse work experience, with their most recent position being the Human Resources Director at Advanced Energy starting in 2024. Before that, they held the same position at NXP Semiconductors from 2017 to 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Saint-Gobain as the HR Director for various divisions and as Country Director Thailand from 2012 to 2017. Duangjai also has experience at General Motors, The Siam Gypsum Industry, BMW Group Thailand, G J Steel Public Company Limited, and Eastern Sugar & Cane Co.,LTD in various HR and administrative roles.

Duangjai Khruangchai obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Rajabhat Institute Rajanagarindra Chachoengsao. Later, they pursued their Master's degree in Business Administration specializing in Business Administration and Management from Chulalongkorn University.
