Masliza Mansor has over 30 years of work experience in the field of human resources. Masliza is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Advanced Energy since 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at First Solar-Malaysia from 2009 to 2022. Before joining First Solar-Malaysia, they worked as a Senior Human Resource Manager at Dell Asia Pacific Center Sdn Bhd from 2004 to 2009. Masliza also served as the Human Resources Manager at Celestica Malaysia Sdn Bhd from 2003 to 2004. Their earlier experience includes working as the Human Resources and Development Department Manager at Unico Technology Berhad from 1997 to 2003, a Human Resources Sr Executive at Siemens Semiconductor (M) Sdn Bhd from 1995 to 1997, and a Human Resources Sr Officer at FMS Audio (M) Sdn Bhd from 1992 to 1995.

Masliza Mansor earned a Bachelor's Degree from Michigan State University in 1992. In 1989, they completed an Associate's Degree from Indiana University Bloomington. More recently, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services from Open University Malaysia in 2020. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) in Human Resources from Open University of Malaysia, expected to be completed in 2025. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications throughout their career, including Leadership Essentials, Certification in Training - Train the Trainer, Certified Trainer for Fierce Conversations, Australia Professional Certification in Human Resources, Certified Trainer for Situational Leadership II, Professional HR Management Professional, Senior Certified HR Professional, Certified Coaching and Mentoring Program, Certified Trainer for Color Code Personality Profile Program, Certified Organizational Development, Certified Knowledge Management with Distinction, and Certified Trainer.
