Dan Rhoer

Dan Rhoer has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Dan is currently working as a Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition at OPSWAT, where they focus on protecting critical infrastructure from malware and zero-day attacks. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Lead Corporate Recruiter at SP6.

Before that, Dan worked at Affinitiv Inc as a Corporate Recruiter for AutoLoop from 2016 to 2020. Dan also has experience as a Managing Director at Infinite Executive Search/SearchPath of Chicago, where they launched a recruitment practice specializing in the power and energy management industry.

Dan's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Search Consultant at Management Recruiters of Tampa North, where they received awards for their exemplary performance. Dan has also worked as a Recruiter at Trademark Recruiting/Consulting and as a Contract Recruiter at CRI.

Prior to their recruitment career, Dan worked as a Corporate Recruiter at FDN Communications, where they built and developed an internal recruitment department.
