Ram Nayak

Ram Nayak has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ram began their career in 1992 as a Software Engineer at Medicare Equipment Corporation, where they worked until 1997. Ram then worked as a Software Engineer at GFI Control Systems from 1998 to 1999, and as a Software Engineer at ATS Test Systems Inc. from 1999 to 2000. From 2001 to 2017, Ram worked at Anritsu in various roles, including RF Test Engineer, Firmware Engineer, Software Engineering Manager, and Senior Software Engineering Manager. During their time at Anritsu, they led multiple scrum teams, launched innovative products, implemented agile scrum development methodology, and established an offshore development center. Since 2017, Ram has been the Director of Software Engineering at LumaSense Technologies, Inc., where they oversaw software development. Ram is currently the Director of Software Engineering at Advanced Energy, where they are responsible for delivering firmware, software, and test stations for various systems and cultivating an agile and innovative culture.

Ram Nayak holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Maharaja Sayajirao University.
