Jim Cook

Jim Cook has been employed in the software engineering industry for over 25 years. Jim began their career in 1995 as a Software Engineer at Racal Radar Defence. In 1996, they moved to Systems Engineering & Assessment Ltd. as a Senior Systems Engineer. In 2001, they returned to CERN as a Software Engineer and then in 2009, they completed a distance learning course in IT Project Management with a result of Pass with Merit. In 2017, they were a Senior Software Architect at Cleverdist and in 2018, they were a Job Searcher and Software Engineer. In 2019, they were an HMI Consultant/Developer at Apply and in 2020, they were Self Employed. Currently, they are a Control System On-Site Engineer at Advanced Oncotherapy plc.

Jim Cook attended the University of Bath from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a BSc/MEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
