Lisa Ferrara

Lisa Ferrara, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Advanced Radiology Consultants since August 2020, previous positions include Human Resources Director at Haynes Group, Inc., Chief Human Resources Officer at the Roman Catholic Diocese of Bridgeport, and Vice President of Human Resources at TransAct Technologies and Dictaphone. Lisa has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Bridgeport. Lisa holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Sacred Heart University and a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Southern Connecticut State University.
