Zina A.

Zina A. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Zina is currently working as the Chief of Workforce Strategy and Planning at ARPA-H, where they lead a team in providing analysis and guidance on workforce management programs. Prior to this, they held roles at the National Institutes of Health, serving as an HR Specialist in Staffing and Information Systems. Zina also served as a board member and VP of External Affairs for the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources-DC Chapter.
