Olivia Harries has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Olivia started their career in 2011 as a Swim Coach and Camp Counselor at the YMCA of the USA, where they provided coaching and training to swimmers of different ages.

In 2012, Olivia worked as a Research Assistant in the Anthropology Department at Vassar College, supporting professors in data analysis and preparing materials for classes. Olivia also gained experience as a Research Assistant at the National Science Foundation, where they participated in a multi-media research project on urban and visual anthropology in Baltimore.

Olivia's career in product development began at Trader Joe's in 2015, where they worked as an Apprentice Product Developer, Product Innovator, and eventually as a Product Developer. Olivia managed the development of over 150 products, initiated partnerships with vendors, and negotiated contracts and logistics.

In 2019, Olivia joined Imperfect Foods as the Manager of Product Development & Private Brand, where they created a portfolio of over 200 SKUs and established private label products as a key company strategy. Olivia was later promoted to Director of Product Development & Private Brand, responsible for developing and executing product development strategies and partnering with stakeholders.

Olivia then moved to sweetgreen in 2021 as a Senior Program Manager, spearheading cross-functional initiatives to drive business growth and improve efficiency. Olivia developed an innovation pipeline for products and outsourced daily tasks to third parties, resulting in cost reductions and condensed go-to-market timelines.

In 2022, Olivia worked as a UX Researcher at Huckleberry Labs, conducting end-to-end research processes and applying insights to drive decisions for new and existing apps.

Currently, Olivia is the Head of Business Operations at Two Boxes, starting in 2023. Olivia'srole involves overseeing the business operations of the company.

Olivia Harries completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Media Studies and Anthropology from Vassar College, attending from 2011 to 2015. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, commencing in 2020 and expected to graduate in 2023.
