Benoit de la Tour

Benoit brings with him more than 25 years of experience in growing software companies, with a focus on the ERP and supply chain optimization spaces.

Prior to joining Advantive, he served as the CEO at Navis, a global leader in supply chain optimization software for the shipping industry. At Navis, he oriented the product portfolio and business model to deliver strong customer value while doubling the company’s revenue, through organic growth and acquisitions. After this period of progress and increased profitability, Navis was sold to a private equity firm in 2021.

Previously, Benoit was Vice President, EMEA and LATAM for Dynamics, Microsoft’s ERP and CRM Division, where he successfully launched the company’s ERP software product in the enterprise space. Before joining Microsoft, Benoit managed EMEA operations for Infor.

A native of France, Benoit graduated with a degree in economics from the ESCE International Business School in Paris.
