Anshu Subash

Anshu Subash has a diverse work experience in talent development and diversity roles. Anshu started their career at Tata Consultancy Services, where they held various roles related to talent development and HR special projects. Anshu then joined Morgan Stanley as a Manager and later became the Director of Talent Development & Diversity. Currently, Anshu is working as the Global Head of Talent Development at ADVANZ PHARMA.

Anshu Subash (She/Her) completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology & Sociology from St. Xavier's College in the year 2009. Prior to that, they pursued a high school education at St. Gregorios High School in Mumbai under the ICSE board. Later, in 2011, they obtained a PGDM EBIZ degree with a specialization in Human Resources from the Welingkar Institute of Management.
