Lisa Bisset

Lisa Bisset has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Lisa is currently the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at ADVANZ PHARMA since August 2022. Prior to this, Lisa worked at Intercept Pharmaceuticals as the Talent Acquisition Manager INTL from October 2016 to August 2022. Before that, they held the role of Manager - Monster Consultancy Services UK/IE at Monster Worldwide from July 2011 to October 2015. Lisa also had brief stints at Search Consultancy, ClinTec International, BiP Solutions Ltd, Randstad, and McAdam King, where they gained experience as a Recruitment Consultant and a Recruitment Coordinator.

Lisa Bisset attended Largs Academy from 1993 to 1999. Lisa then went on to the University of the West of Scotland from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Sociology.
