Mahesh Udawat

Mahesh Udawat has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mahesh currently holds the position of Senior Director - Operations at ADVATIX - Advanced Supply Chain and Logistics, a role they assumed in January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Business Operations at the same company from January 2020 to April 2022.

Before joining ADVATIX, Mahesh worked at IGT Solutions from 2008 to 2020, where they held various roles of increasing responsibility. Mahesh served as the Head of Operations from July 2017 to January 2020, overseeing a team of over 700 professionals and providing strategic leadership in the travel industry. Mahesh also held the position of Country Head - China Operations from January 2016 to July 2017, managing two delivery locations with a combined staff of over 450 professionals and ensuring delivery excellence in accounts for leading global OTA and one of the largest airlines from North American region.

Prior to IGT Solutions, Mahesh worked at WNS Global Services from 2005 to 2008 as an Assistant Manager - Operations, independently managing Level 1 helpdesk and back office operations for a US based OTA and handling email and customer relations teams for a renowned UK based airline.

Mahesh started their career at GeoConnect Ltd in 2001 as a Customer Service Executive before moving to HCL Technologies in 2002, where they served as a Senior Customer Service Executive.

Throughout their career, Mahesh has demonstrated expertise in operations management, profitability forecasting, KPI analysis, quality assurance, and team management.

Mahesh Udawat completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Mohanlal Sukhadia University in 2001. Prior to that, they attended Lakshmipat Singhania School and obtained their High School degree in General Studies in 1998. In addition to their formal education, Mahesh has also obtained several certifications including COPC Implementation Leader from COPC Inc. in 2019 and ITIL V3 from OGC UK in 2011. Mahesh has also completed certifications in Galileo, ISO, SITA PSS, and Sabre, although the specific dates for these certifications are not provided.
