Rekhha Babu has over 9 years of work experience in the field of recruitment. Rekhha started their career at Adecco as an IT Recruiter, where they developed strong relationship management skills with clients and utilized various sourcing techniques. Rekhha then joined Jyopa Connexions as a Senior IT Recruiter, where they mentored junior recruiters and recruited for a variety of industries including E-commerce, IT, Healthcare, and Web-based environments. Most recently, Rekhha worked at Advent Global Solutions as a Client Management Professional and Specialist Head Hunter. In this role, they were responsible for the recruitment life cycle of different service offerings and effectively sourced candidates through various channels.
