Thomas Restaino

Thomas Restaino has held a variety of positions in the technology industry over the past decade. In 2008, they began working at Nutley Park Shoprite as a Supervisor and Shopping Liaison. In 2013, they completed an internship at Hazarai Inc. as a Junior Front End Developer. In 2014, they worked as a Junior Developer for Post-Grad Research Associate to Dr. Ursula Wolz, where they applied their knowledge of C++, Java, Javascript, and HTML, and Android SDK towards the construction of a working 2-D physics engine. In 2016, they took on the role of Development Engineering Lead at Advent eModal, where they provided technical support using SQL Server and Visual Studio. Thomas also served as Product Engineering Lead, developing an understanding of SQL databases to learn how to efficiently create queries, databases, and stored procedures using SQL Server and TFS. Additionally, they served as Development Operations Support and Customer Success Engineer, acquiring a higher understanding of how servers connect with each other between Windows Services, Windows Applications, and APIs.
