Network Director Human Resources at Adventist Health

Len Falter has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Len currently holds the position of Network Director of Human Resources at Adventist Health, where they are responsible for managing the human resources network. Prior to this, Len served as the Director of Human Performance and the Regional Director of Learning & Development at Adventist Health.

Before joining Adventist Health, Len worked as the Principal at FTM Leadership Services, Inc., where they provided planning and development tools to individuals and organizations to enhance operational performance and employee productivity.

Len also has extensive experience in the cable and telecommunications industry. Len served as an Area Vice President at Comcast Cable, where they led field operations and successfully executed multiple new product launches. Len also held the position of Senior Vice President of Field Operations & Administration at Cablevision, overseeing the delivery of services to millions of customers across multiple regions.

In addition, Len worked as an Area Vice President at Adelphia Cable Communications, responsible for leading field operations and improving operational cash flow. Len also held various roles at AT&T Broadband, including Executive Director of Corporate Learning & Development, Director of System Technical Operations, and Area General Manager.

Len's early career includes positions at Continental Cable and Teleprompter/Group W Cable, where they held management roles overseeing technical operations and plant facilities.

Outside of the private sector, Len served in the United States Air Force and the Air Force Reserve, gaining experience as a Missile Systems Analyst Instructor and Technician. Len held the rank of Master Team-Chief and Master Technician during their time in the Air Force.

Len Falter attended Chapman University from 1993 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences with a focus on Psychology and Political Science. Prior to that, they attended Highland Community College from 1987 to 1989, earning an Associates of Arts degree in Business Management. In 2011, they obtained a Professional Coaching Certification from New Ventures West.
