Donya Ziraksari

Donya Ziraksari, PMP, currently serves as President at Equal Human Rights Org and Project Plus Solutions LLC, while also working as a Technical Program Manager at Microsoft. Donya manages data center programs in the Quincy, Washington region, enhancing business value and efficiency. As Chairperson of the Advisory Council for Engineering Development at the University of New Mexico School of Engineering, Donya empowers students by providing training in project management and soft skills. Previous roles include Capital Project Specialist at Accenture, Project Engineer at Oxychem and Shell, and Innovate and Inspire Engineer at ExxonMobil, where Donya focused on optimizing capital project execution and management. Donya holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Mexico and has earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
