Brendan Daly

Brendan is responsible for ensuring the organization operates in a legal and ethical manner while meeting business goals and fulfilling the company’s mission. As General Counsel, he manages the impact of external factors and limits risk exposure to the company. Prior to Advisor360°, Brendan held several roles at Commonwealth Financial Network for 19 years, with previous experience at State Street and Putnam Investments. Brendan became a lawyer and started serving as Legal and Compliance Counsel at Commonwealth Financial Network in 2008 until he joined Advisor360° in 2019. Brendan holds a JD in business law and financial services from Suffolk University Law School, an MS in information security leadership from Brandeis, and a BA in international relations from the University of Wisconsin—Madison.
