Meredith Crouse

Meredith is responsible for improving the overall employee experience through effective HR initiatives aligned with Advisor360°’s business strategy. She leads the company’s people strategy and functions, including talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, employee relations, organizational design, HR systems, and total rewards. Prior to Advisor360°, Meredith was the Chief Human Resources Officer and head of internal communications for Monster Worldwide. Meredith holds a BA in communications from Le Moyne College and studied law at Boston University.
