Ricky Alexander

Ricky Alexander has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Ricky currently works as a Product Manager at Advotics - Supply Chain SaaS, where they manage two tribes consisting of various team members in an agile project management approach. Ricky is responsible for conducting research, working closely with business and customer support, prioritizing and grooming backlog, creating Product Requirement Documents (PRD), and managing releases. Ricky has also successfully implemented the system in PT Pertamina Lubricant on a national scale. Prior to their current position, Ricky worked at PT Astra Honda Motor, where they held multiple roles. As a Logistic Area Supervisor and National Distribution Planner, they managed the national distribution of automatic segment SKU and developed distribution strategies. Ricky also served as the Business User Lead of Logistic System & Analytics, where they designed a digitalization roadmap and executed waterfall method project management. In addition, Ricky held the role of Logistic Distribution Supervisor, where they achieved recognition for their participation in On-Job Training and monitored daily distribution of finished goods. Ricky's work experience also includes a role as Laboratory Assistant at Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, where they provided support in the Industrial Engineering System Design laboratory.

Ricky Alexander completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (UNPAR) between 2013 and 2017. Prior to that, they attended Canisius College (Kolese Kanisius) from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained their high school diploma with a focus on Science.

In terms of additional certifications, Ricky Alexander completed the Astra Basic Management Program from PT Astra International Tbk in September 2019. Ricky also obtained certifications in Applied Project Management from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya in May 2019, Logistics Management from PPM Manajemen in March 2019, and Strategic Management Acceleration Programs (Basic, Intermediate, and Advance) from Sarel Sentra Inspira in July 2018, August 2018, and April 2019, respectively. Furthermore, Ricky obtained a Certified Business Manager (CBM) certification from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya, although the specific month of obtaining this certification is not provided.
