Carl Hedberg

Carl Hedberg has a long and varied work experience. Carl began their career in 2001 as an IT Engineer for Försvarsmaken. In 2004, they moved to Creditsafe as a Software Developer, a role they held for four years. In 2008, they were hired as a Software Developer at Elicit AB. In 2012, they became a ScrumMaster and Software Team Leader at Collector, as well as a Senior Developer at PayPort. In 2013, they founded and owned DevHeads HB, where they developed and maintained websites. In 2014, they were hired as a Systemarkitekt at Incit. In 2017, they became Utvecklingschef at Gotit AB. In 2019, they were hired as a Development Manager at NetEnt. Finally, in 2020, they became Chief Technology Officer at Adway, where they help clients target the exact candidates they want, increasing the in-flow of that desired candidate pool and its conversion rates. Carl also helps clients take their employer brand to the next level.

Carl Hedberg attended Frölunda gymnasiet from 1995 to 1997. Carl then went on to receive a Bachelor of Computer Science from the Blekinge Institute of Technology from 1998 to 2001. Additionally, Carl has obtained numerous certifications from LinkedIn, including Azure for DevOps: Designing a Strategy, Advanced Node.js: Scaling Applications, Azure for DevOps: Implementing Development Processes, Azure: Understanding the Big Picture, Creating a Culture of Change, Databases for Node.js Developers, Enterprise Agile: Changing Your Culture, Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Learning Amazon Web Services (AWS) for Developers, Managing Organizational Change for Managers, and Node.js Essential Training, all obtained in October 2020.
