Blaine Willhoft

Blaine Willhoft is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as Engineering Lead at Adyen since July 2024, Blaine previously held the position of Principal Software Engineer at Laudable (YC S21), where responsibilities included building and leading the customer proof platform team and collaborating closely with the CEO on product vision. Prior experience includes Director of Engineering at Ashby, Group Engineering Manager at both Braintree and PayPal, where strategic API integration was a key focus, and Engineering Manager at Uptake, overseeing IoT platform data management. Earlier roles at Vodori involved elevating engineering team efficiency using Agile methodologies, while also contributing as a Software Engineer at BCC Software and a Web Developer at SIM-TEC. Blaine holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Composition and Horn Performance from Houghton University.
