Adam Welch

Adam Welch has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Adam is currently working as a Program Manager at Adyton.io since January 2022. Prior to this, they have worked at AFWERX, where they held multiple positions such as Director Spark Cells, Technical Evaluator, T-6 Instructor Pilot, and B-737 Pilot from July 2020 to November 2020. Adam also served as an Assistant Director-Spark Cells, T-6 Instructor Pilot, and American Airlines B-737 First Officer from January 2019 to November 2020.

Adam Welch attended the Dr. Jeff DeGraff Innovatrium in 2019 to participate in the SAF/MG Innovation Consultant Workshop. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from American Military University between 2009 and 2012. In 2000 to 2004, Adam Welch attended Texas Tech University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife Management. Additionally, they also obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS in Wildlife, Fish and Wildlands Science and Management from the same university during the same period. In 2019, Adam Welch obtained a certification in Design Thinking Workshop from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
