Jeffrey Thoms, BSBA, currently serves as the Strategic Sourcing Lead at Aebi Schmidt Holding AG, where a complete overhaul of the purchasing system has resulted in reduced time and redundancy. Prior experience includes roles as Materials Manager at Super Steel, LLC, and Senior Commodity Buyer/Supervisor at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare, where significant cost savings and innovative ordering systems were developed. At Wheaton Franciscan, Jeffrey managed a team, negotiated contracts saving over $20 million in the first year under the Affordable Care Act, and initiated a community program benefiting underprivileged families. Additionally, while at ALLEN EDMONDS SHOE CORP, substantial improvements in ordering processes and vendor relationships were achieved. Jeffrey holds a BSBA in International Business and Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University.
