Mackenzie Pellerin

Mackenzie Pellerin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mackenzie began their career as a Spa and Fitness Concierge at the Rimrock Resort Hotel in 2015 and worked there until 2016. In 2018, they worked as an Activities Coordinator at the Lizard Island Resort and later as a Food and Beverage Assistant at the RAC Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort. In 2019, they joined Tim Hortons as a Customer Service Team Lead and held that position until 2022. During their time at Tim Hortons, they also worked as a Health and Safety Advisor at Abatement Technologies Canada from 2021 to 2021. In 2021, Mackenzie joined Vintage Hotels as a Guest Service Agent, where they provided exceptional customer service and shared hotel and local knowledge with guests. Currently, they are working at Kilt and Clover as a Server and recently started a position as a Jr. Human Resources Specialist at AEC in 2022.

Mackenzie Pellerin obtained an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from Niagara College between the years 2019 and 2022. Prior to that, they earned a High School Diploma from Sir Winston Churchill Secondary School from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Mackenzie has obtained several certifications including Sales: Closing Strategies, Mentoring Others, and Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn, in April 2020, November 2019, and November 2019, respectively.
