Don Hake

Don Hake is the Vice President & Assistant Controller at Aegion. Prior to their current position, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Krey Distribution Company from November 2017 to July 2018. Don has also served as the Corporate Controller/Treasurer at Huttig Building Products from May 2005 to October 2017, where they were responsible for the primary Accounting/Treasury functions, including SEC Reporting, Income Taxes, Insurance/Risk Management, Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury and Cash Management, Payroll, AR & AP. From January 2002 to May 2005, they were the Manager of Financial Reporting at Sigma Aldrich. Don also served as the Manager of Financial Reporting at MEMC Electronic Materials from November 1998 to January 2002. Prior to that, they were the Controller at Sirsi Corporation (formerly DRA) from June 1992 to November 1998. Don began their career as a Manager at Ernst & Young from August 1988 to June 1992.

Don Hake received their MBA from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School and their BS in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington. Don also attended Columbia City Joint High School.
