Lise Markvard Pejtersen

Lise Markvard Pejtersen has extensive work experience, starting with their current role as Head of People & Business Support at Aegir Insights since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Ørsted for over 15 years, holding various positions such as Manager - Project & Site Support, Project Coordinator - Project & Site Support, and Management Assistant from 2007 to 2023. At Ørsted, they were responsible for managing an international team, engaging in people management and development, change management, leadership, strategy, target setting, stakeholder management, and more. Before that, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Lægernes Pensionsbank from 2006 to 2007, where they supported bank consultants and prepared administrative paperwork. Additionally, they worked as an Office Trainee at Energi E2 A/S from 2003 to 2005.

Lise Markvard Pejtersen has a diverse education history. Lise started their education at Balsmoseskolen, where they completed their Folkeskole degree from 1989 to 1999. Following this, Lise attended Niels Brock Handelsskole from 2003 to 2005 and obtained a degree in Kontorassistent specializing in administration. In 2008, they pursued further education at Niels Brock and completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication, which lasted from 2008 to 2010.

To enhance their professional skills, Lise also pursued additional certifications. In 2016, they obtained the certification of Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute. Lise also obtained the Insights akkreditering certification in August 2017, although the institution offering this certification is unknown. Most recently, in 2020, Lise completed a Mini-MBA program in Leadership & Management from Aros Business Academy. In January 2021, they also completed the Prosci® Change Management Program for Managers, which was delivered by Nexum Group.
