Christa Hall

Christa is an Associate of Human Resources for the firm. She leads key activities in HR operations and assists with employee onboarding processes and communications. Before joining AEGIS, Christa worked as a Chief Experience Officer for Express Employment Professionals in Houston, TX. In this role, she was recognized for her commitment to recruiting and implementing processes across multiple office locations. She brings over eight years of recruiting and office management to the team and has a passion for developing colleagues.

Christa is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Before her career in recruiting and office management, she worked in various roles supporting billing and staffing operations.
