Lisa started their career in 2000 as the Assistant Vice President of HR at Province Healthcare, Inc. Lisa provided strategic human resources leadership to the company which had 21 acute care hospitals and annual net revenue of $800M+. In 2005, the company was acquired by LifePoint Hospitals and Lisa became the VP of HR. In this role, they led key HR functions for the publicly traded hospital company with over 3.5 Billion in revenue, 60 hospital campuses in 20 states, and more than 28,000 employees.

Lisa has a proven track record in leading and developing teams. Lisa has managed a team of 10 direct and indirect reports at LifePoint Hospitals and a team of 5 direct reports at Province Healthcare, Inc. Under their leadership, both companies saw significant growth and expansion.

Lisa is a strategic thinker and an expert in the field of human resources. Lisa is passionate about developing and implementing programs that improve employee satisfaction and help organizations reach their full potential.

Lisa Wooten has a BA in Communications from Eastern Kentucky University.
