Libby Tovar

Libby Tovar has extensive work experience in various industries. Libby currently holds the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Aegis Home Protection, a role they started in October 2022. Prior to this, Libby worked at Marathon Group for over 14 years. Libby held the positions of Senior Data Analyst and IT Specialist from April 2017 to October 2022, and Bilingual Assistant Customer Service Manager from October 2008 to April 2017. Before joining Marathon Group, Libby worked as a Bilingual Customer Service Manager at Papillon Communications from December 2006 to September 2008. Libby also served as an Office Manager at Direct4U from February 2005 to December 2006 and as a Guest Relations team member at St. Louis Cardinals from April 2000 to October 2003. Throughout their career, Libby has demonstrated skills in data analysis, customer service, management, and communication.

Libby Tovar completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Organizational Leadership and Technology at Saint Louis University from 2019 to 2023. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained the Freshdesk Product Expert Certification from Freshworks in March 2019. Prior to their university education, they studied Communication and Media Studies at John A. Logan College from 2001 to 2003, although they did not earn a degree in this field.
