Sandeep Kushwaha

Sandeep Kushwaha has a diverse work experience in the analytics field. Sandeep is currently working at Aegon as the Senior Vice President & Head of Analytics, a position they have held since April 2022. Before this, they were the Vice President & Head of Analytics at Aegon from June 2021 to March 2022. Prior to that, Sandeep worked as the Deputy Vice President, Analytics and Assistant Vice President, Analytics at Aegon from April 2020 to May 2021 and June 2017 to March 2020 respectively. Sandeep also served as a Senior Manager, Analytics at Aegon from October 2016 to May 2017.

Apart from their time at Aegon, Sandeep also worked at Aegon Insights as the Associate Director / Head of Marketing & Analytics from April 2019 to March 2020. Before joining Aegon, they gained valuable experience at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. where they held various roles including Group Leader, Analytics from June 2014 to September 2016, Team Leader, Analytics from July 2012 to May 2014, and Sr. Associate, Analytics from February 2011 to June 2012.

Sandeep's early work experience includes working as a Business Analyst at Mu Sigma from January 2010 to January 2011, and as an Engineer III at John Deere from July 2008 to December 2009. Sandeep began their career as an Intern at Siemens in May 2006.

Sandeep Kushwaha obtained a B.Tech-M.Tech (Dual) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, between the years 2003 and 2008.
