Michelle Abaunza

Michelle is a Human Resources professional with over 15 years’ experience and expertise in strategic HR planning, performance management, federal and state law compliance, employee relations, training and development and management coaching. Michelle is currently Director of Human Resources for AEI; responsible for planning, overseeing, and managing all human resource initiatives. She works closely with AEI’s internal departments, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the company’s Corporate and HR objectives. Her passion is helping people, creating efficiencies, and driving results. Prior to AEI she held HR Manager and HR Director roles within various industries. Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
